We founded Union Business Services in 1999, on the belief that mission-driven organizations deserve consultants who understand both their values and their operational realities.
Our partnership brings together decades of hands-on experience in organizational governance, legal operations, and large-scale technology transformations.

Principal Consultant, Technical Project Management
Background: PMP- and CSM-certified consultant with over 20 years in enterprise IT and digital transformation. Former Big Four (KPMG) consultant with expertise in Fortune 500 client engagements. Recently served as Software Engineering Manager at Nationwide Insurance, leading mission-critical platform modernization.
